PATHS TO LEADERSHIP

Group Leadership Training

Part of the Paths to Leadership initiative, Group Leadership Training is facilitated weekend leaders and prepares staff members to lead the personal growth groups that build upon the BreakThrough experience. The training describes the dynamics of groups, outlines the goals of group leadership, and presents the skills needed for facilitating the processes implemented during the first six months of group meetings.
