Februay 11, 2008 - Building The BreakThrough Weekend Container
March 14-15 at Camp Emmaus

The next Paths to Leadership workshop will be held March 14-15, 2008 at Camp Emmaus in Mount Morris, IL.  This program, called The BreakThrough Weekend Experience: Building the Container, is designed to teach the theories, traditions, and techniques behind this transformative weekend retreat.  According to leaders Paul Kachoris and Kevin FitzPatrick, the focus will be on exploring the "whats" and "whys" of the many elements that create the weekend container, from staff selection and the initial staff meeting through Sunday graduation, the Celebration, and beyond.
 
Men who attend this training will gain a better understanding of the weekend gestalt and the variables that enable a participant to access deep emotions, achieve a major personal breakthrough, and experience the kind of outcome that is so often described as "magical" and "liberating." At the same time, they will increase their own capacity to help other men in pursuing these outcomes while helping themselves to feel the full power of the leadership team experience.

This workshop is essential to men who seek higher levels of weekend and group leadership responsibility. It will run from the evening of March 14 until mid-afternoon March 15.
