At each BreakThrough and Wisdom Years weekend, men arrive as individuals and leave as a cohesive group, a community built on its common experience, understanding, and friendship.
Following the weekend, participants will have the opportunity to form a personal growth group where they can continue their extraordinary journey together. For the first several months, meetings are facilitated by trained leaders, who guide the group in forming a solid bond, developing new communication skills, and building a foundation they can use to sustain their connection for many years to come.
